Minsu has been teaching since 2014. Prior to yoga, Minsu led a high-flying corporate career in South Korea before new and old back injuries caused him to re-think his future plans. With little improvements to his slipped-disc condition in the neck and back for six long years after trying numerous therapy and acupuncture treatments, Minsu attended his first Healing Yoga class in 2010 and was amazed at the pain-relieving effects it brought. Since then, it became Minsu’s motivation to practice yoga on a daily basis for pain management. Eventually, he left a lucrative corporate career to explore a teaching journey in yoga in Los Angeles (USA) Beijing and now, Singapore.
