HOT YOGA

Here comes the REAL Challenge, Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga consists of a series of yoga poses and breathing exercises done in a heated room. The postures are designed to systematically cleanse every part of the body for a complete mind and body workout. The heat promotes sweating which helps detoxification while loosening and stretching the muscles to prevent injuries. Hot Yoga also improves circulation, increases metabolism, regulates digestion, strengthens the immune system and burns fat.

Hot classes are generally designed to be challenging. Our teachers offer options to intensify or back off regularly throughout classes. Students are encouraged to take rest & water whenever needed. New to Hot Yoga? Do attend a few Warm Yoga classes first to get comfortable with the heat. You are encouraged to make the practice your own.

BOHY90 – Original Hot Yoga

Take a different approach to your hot yoga practice with BOHY90 (formerly known as Bikram Yoga) – a style of yoga consisting of a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each class lasts 90 minutes and is conducted in a heated studio under the guidance of Bikram Yoga certified teachers.

Sequenced to systematically stimulate the body’s internal organs and glands, as well as pump fresh oxygenated blood to all parts of the body, this therapeutic yoga style, when practiced long term, can help improve your health, mentally and physically. Its benefits also span across improving sleep patterns, promoting weight loss, toning and building of muscle strength and flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, self-discipline and encouraging better mental health management.
