Wheel Yoga (All levels) – Beginner Friendly

Using a yoga wheel, we’ll explore various asanas or poses that may usually be inaccessible to you. Yoga wheel is a circular-shaped yoga prop designed to help release tension, relieve back pains, stretch muscle tissues, and open your chest and shoulder areas, while building core strength and improving flexibility.

  • Suitable for all levels except for those with spinal cord injuries.
  • Intensity: Gentle to medium
  • Suitable for: Those who work out regularly; general public; stressed out
  • Experience level: All levels. Beginner friendly

Aerial Basics (All levels) – Beginner Friendly

Learn the fundamentals of Aerial and techniques to practice safely while having fun suspended in a hammock. Enjoy the benefits of this anti-gravity class. No yoga or aerial experience needed–this class is perfect for the complete beginner. 

  • Intensity: Gentle
  • Suitable for: Those who work out regularly; general public; stressed out; 
  • Experience level: All levels. Beginner friendly
  • At least 5 Aerial Basic classes is a pre-requisite before joining Aerial Yoga Level 1 class.

Aerial Yoga 1

This class is for students with some aerial yoga experience. Students should be comfortable with using the hammock, in safe and good form. Aerial high-ground, low-ground stretched based poses, inversions as well as aerial climbs are taught in this class.

  • Intensity: Gentle to Medium
  • Suitable for: Those who work out regularly; general public; stressed out; 
  • Experience level: Beginners, intermediate
    • *Not suitable if you are new to yoga – start off with a few non-hot yoga classes first.
    • At least 5 Aerial Basic classes is a pre-requisite before joining Aerial Yoga Level 1 class.

Aerial Yoga 2*

For more experienced students with a consistent Aerial Yoga practice. This class includes intermediate, and more complicated poses and transitions. Students who attend Level 2 class should be able to perform high thigh wrap with confidence. Intermediate technique such as cross back and flip will be taught in this class.

  • Intensity: Medium to challenging
  • Suitable for: gym goers, sports people; general public
  • Experience level: Intermediate and advanced
    • It is recommended that students have a prior practice of Aerial classes being attending a Aerial 2 class.

Level 2 class is a progression from Level 1. Best suited for students practising Level 1 classes for at least 8 months to 1 year.

Chair Yoga* (All levels) – Beginner Friendly

This chair-based Yoga Class will offer the benefits of our other yoga classes but use a chair as a prop for support, balance, or advancing the pose as appropriate for each student.  A series of options are given for each posture to allow students to find the optimal balance between support and challenge to meet them where they are at the moment.  This class will incorporate an exploration of alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation. 

  • Intensity: Gentle 
  • Suitable for: Those who work out regularly; general public; stressed out
  • Experience level: All levels. Beginner friendly

Yoga for the Seniors* (All levels) – Beginner Friendly

A gentle class specially designed for our senior students who want to continue stay active, build strength, balance, mobility and range of motion in their joints and spine. The class will include breathing practices, yoga poses that strengthen and stretch as well as relaxation. Doing yoga regularly can improve flexibility, enhance breathing, grow stronger bones, reduce anxiety and stress and encourage sleep. 

  • Intensity: Gentle 
  • Suitable for:  The elderly or movement compromised
  • Experience level: All levels. Beginner friendly

Wall Rope Yoga (All levels) – Beginner Friendly

Wall Yoga helps to build core strength, improve body alignment, and achieve deeper stretches. Using the wall, and straps attached to hooks on the wall, together with other props as form of support and resistance, you will learn to open your body, lengthen the spine, strengthen the core and improve body alignment. Be prepared to experience near weightlessness as you experiment different yoga postures in new techniques. This practice involves longer holds and a restorative finish using the wall for support.

This class is excellent for all levels as it explores the foundation of each pose.
