WARM & HOT YOGA
Here comes the REAL challenge. Try Warm Yoga in a room heated at 30OC and Hot Yoga, at 37oC. However, learners are strongly suggested to get comfortable with a few Warm Yoga classes before trying Hot Yoga.
Why do we suggest yoga in a heated room when we live in a hot country? Because yoga in a heated room prevents injuries, digestive and the immue system. It also supports slimming, amongst a long list of benefits.
The room is still heated, but to a lower temperature (30deg). This class is for people who might be healing an injury or need help with the proper alignment, or would like to try out a heated yoga class without the full intensity of a Hot class. Warm classes are great for easing tight muscles.
