Journey into Iyengar Yoga with Bhanu [8 to 13 April 2025]
This immersive series invites both newcomers and seasoned practitioners to explore the transformative potential of Iyengar Yoga. Rooted in the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, this series is designed to guide students in experiencing Sthirta (stability of body and mind) and Sukha (serenity of mind and intellect)—the core essence of yoga practice..
Each session is crafted to educate practitioners on methods to address individual physical challenges, body structures, and lifestyle needs. Through the use of essential Iyengar props such as belts, blankets, yoga chairs, and blocks, students will gain insights into how these tools can harmonize body and mind. Props in Iyengar Yoga are not merely aids but pathways to deeper awareness and alignment, creating a supportive and inclusive practice for all.
