Props-powered Yoga with Minsu [23-24 August 2025]
Yoga props are more than just tools for beginners—they are gateways to deeper alignment, enhanced mobility, and greater control in both foundational and advanced postures. In this 14-hour series, we will explore the transformative power of yoga props—straps, blocks, wheels, and chairs—to help you refine your practice, deepen your awareness, and access postures you never thought possible.
Day 1 focuses on mobility and alignment with yoga straps and blocks, followed by a dynamic wheel yoga session to explore backbends, spinal flexibility, and creative transitions. Day 2 shifts into using the chair as a tool for stability, strength, and deeper stretches, before culminating in a prop fusion session, integrating all four props into intelligently sequenced flows. This immersion dispels the myth that props are just for modifications—unlocking new possibilities to deepen, strengthen, and elevate your practice at any level
