10:00AM – Warm-up practice
10:45AM – Understanding the importance of body conditioning in preparation for aerial yoga
11:30AM – Aerial fundamentals: Core, arms, legs, and hand grip
12:00PM – Break
12:45PM – Learning how to safely do inversions
1:30PM – Practicing aerial choreography and flow
