Michelle Yow-Davidson has been a dedicated Pilates enthusiast since 2010. She began with Matwork group classes and transitioned to group Reformer sessions during her pregnancy in 2016, which deepened her passion for Pilates. Michelle appreciates how Pilates enhances body awareness and overall strength while remaining low impact. She credits Pilates for her smooth pregnancy, delivery, and recovery.
In 2021, Michelle pursued her dream of becoming a certified STOTT®️ Pilates instructor. She is working towards her Advanced certification in 2025 and aims to support and empower others to move strongly and pain-free.
Outside of Pilates, Michelle enjoys tending to her plants, spending time with family, planning vacations, crocheting, and cooking for her loved ones.
