Yin Yoga (All levels) – Beginner Friendly
A quiet yet profound style of yoga based on the expression of theories derived from Chinese Medicine and Taoism. It works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses, typically for 2-5 minutes. Accessible to practitioners of any tradition and any experience level, this practice strengthens chi flow and maintains the health of the meridian system of the body, and is the ideal complement to dynamic, muscular or “Yang” forms of yoga. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.

Yoga Nidra (All levels) – Beginner Friendly
A simple, yet powerful way to reduce stress, tension and anxiety, this class will guide you intoa state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, called “yogic sleep”. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.

Muscle Tension Release (All levels) – Beginner Friendly
Also commonly referred to as myofascial release, this is a deeply calming self-massage class helps to release tension in the myofascia tissue in the body. Tennis balls are used to apply a gentle sustained pressure on muscle, knots, or trigger points, in various muscle groups with gentle movements and breath awareness. Gentle Yoga – Beginner Friendly
Suitable for beginners, this style of yoga is far less strenuous than other forms of yoga. Gentle Yoga is beneficial to participants who are already quite fit but lack the overall flexibility to be able to do more intense yoga poses. Gentle Yoga accomplishes its goals of providing a workout without putting any unnecessary strain on you.
