What is BikramHot90?
BikramHot90 is the original Bikram Yoga method. It is a therapeutic 90-minute practice consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a set sequence. Every class is the same, designed to systematically influence every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ, and gland in your body.

Why the Set Sequence?
We don’t change the sequence because it works. Think of the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises as a master key for your body and mind.
- Scientific Progression: Each posture perfectly prepares your body for the next. The preceding posture provides the strength and flexibility required for the subsequent one.

Our room is intentionally heated to 105°F (40°C) with 40% humidity to protect and optimize your body in the practice.
