Hot Stretch

Set in a heated room, this session combines gentle stretching with the therapeutic benefits of heat, allowing your muscles to relax and lengthen more deeply. Guided by experienced instructors, you’ll flow through a series of stretches designed to improve your range of motion and alleviate tightness. Join us to experience the soothing warmth, increase your flexibility, and leave feeling refreshed and revitalised.
- Intensity: Medium to challenging
- Suitable for: gym goers, sports people; general public
- Experience level: Intermediate and advanced
- It is recommended that students have a prior practice of Hot Flow 1 classes being attending a Hot Flow 2 class.
- *Not suitable if you are new to yoga.
