Strength Without Strain: The Internal Pillars of a Lifelong Practice by Anup

In Ashtanga Yoga, the true depth of your practice is not found in the perfect shape of a posture, but in the intention and awareness you bring to it. This 2-day immersion invites you to shift your focus from “doing” the practice to moving with it.

Anup will teach you how to integrate the internal pillars of Breath, Bandha, and Drishti, to help you  discover how to transform repetitive movements into a moving meditation, allowing your body to feel supported rather than strained.

By the end of the workshops, you will have experienced how the breath regulates effort, pace and your nervous system along with how the subtle engagement of bandhas creates an internal lift, stability and lightness. You’ll learn to replace force with coordination, making your transitions driven by breath instead of momentum.
