Ashtanga Basic

Begin your journey into the Ashtanga tradition with our Ashtanga Basic class. This foundational session introduces you to the fundamental principles and postures of Ashtanga Yoga, focusing on breath, alignment, and movement. Led by an experienced instructor, you’ll explore the Sun Salutations, standing poses, and seated sequences of the Primary Series at a gentle pace suitable for beginners. Join us to build a strong foundation, cultivate mindfulness, and experience the transformative benefits of Ashtanga Yoga.

  • Experience level: Experienced beginner
    Recommended to have at least 6 months of yoga practice.

    • *Not suitable if you are new to yoga.
      *Students should be familiar with the basic yoga such as Downward Facing Dog, Warrior 1, Warrior 2, etc.
